Dry Cleaner’s life: a case on Sweat Stain and Mold / Mildew removal
Mold - is it something that happens to your clothes very often?
Mold and mildew thrive in damp and enclosed area especially in tropical countries such as Singapore. Making your closet and storeroom their perfect home.
As long as it has the following three things: 1. food 2. moisture 3. humidity In the proper conditions, mold can spread quite rapidly
We have received a stained shirt today that even after many attempts of DIY cleaning that the customer has tried, just won't work.
Noticed the yellow sweat stain and mold?
After a few days of cleaning, the item finally came back Yellow sweat stain = Gone!! 😁👏🏻👏🏻
*a pat on the back* As for the mold/mildew, we have managed to clean most of it. However, there's still some very minor mold stain left. As the item has been kept in a closet for a very long time, the mold stain might have eat into the fabric😱
If you found any stains, please send it to your Trusted Dry Cleaner ASAP to reduce the chance of the stain eating into the fabric.
We will give it another round of laundry cleaning.
Hopefully this time, the stain will be gone.
